Chili Cook Off

Saturday we, along with almost everyone else in Birmingham, took advantage of the beautiful day and headed to Homewood for The Exceptional Foundation''s 6th Annual Chili Cookoff. It was short lived. The beautiful day paired with a rare Birmingham event drew in crowds thick enough to make it nearly impossible to navigate a stroller through. Colt didn''t take to being overcrowded - and neither did his Mommy & Daddy. We made it 1/4th of the way through the booths, had a few samples, and decided to head out for somewhere with a little more breathing room. We snuck off to the side for a few minutes to take a break and took a few pics while we were trying to decide to stay or go. Click the pic above to see them.
